Q: What is the best way to use the Emoji My City app?


You can use Emoji My City two ways: from the app itself or by adding it to your device's keyboard.

- From the app itself, you can share your favorite images by enabling various social media apps, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. Simply choose the sticker or emoji you want and then choose the app you want to post it to.

- You can also add EMC to your device's keyboard. 

On iPhones, you have to go settings > general > keyboard > add new keyboard.

On Android devices, users have to enable EMC to be compatible with Chatheads (once this is done, users can copy and paste our stickers in Facebook Messenger, for instance).


Q: When I add it as a keyboard, why does ask about my credit card data?


All third-party keyboards on Apple & Google Apps require full-access in order to function properly. We do not see or store your personal information.


Q: How do I post an emoji from Facebook app?

When you are in the Facebook app, one must double tap the sticker to copy and then upload it as a photo. 

Q: Why can't I post an emoji to My Story in Snapchat?

Unfortunately, you cannot add a sticker to your story. You can only send it directly to someone in your contacts list. Our developer is working on this.
